Hey loves, Happy New Year!!!! I hope you are all doing well and had a wonderful start of the year. As probably a lot of people, one of my new years resolutions was to start eating healthy and exercise more. I am still struggling with exercising as I haven’t been to gym for months, but I already started working on improving my eating habits. Knowing myself, I decided to take one little step at a time. I remember I used to be so good at drinking water, 2 liters a day was like nothing for me. And now I am barely finishing 0.5 bottle. So in order to make it more fun for myself, I decided to add some flavor in my water. I just quickly chopped lemon and cucumber and threw some frozen strawberries in my glass. Let it sit for some time and voila my own detox water is ready! So simple and so delicious!! You can also experiment by adding mint, lime, different berries etc.
